OUR ACCREDITATIONS
SIA APPROVED CONTRACTOR
Gloucestershire County Security Ltd holds Approved Contractor Status (ACS) with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) for the provisions of Keyholding and Security Guarding.
​
The SIA is the regulating body for the private security industry and are sponsored by the Home Office.
​
The Approved Contractor Scheme is a voluntary scheme where companies must successfully pass an in-depth audit. The audit assesses the standards of the Company and ensures they are operating to a high level. It represents a benchmark of quality within the industry.

SAFECONTRACTOR ACCREDITED
Gloucestershire County Security achieved the SafeContractor Accreditation in February 2020. This is a health and safety accreditation and demonstrates that we operate to a high standard in this regard. Gaining this accreditation includes completing an audit which includes detailed inspections of our risk management processes.

SAFEPQQ VERIFIED
Gloucestershire County Security achieved the SafePQQ Verification in February 2020. This verification is an extension to the SafeContractor accreditation and provides organisations with a greater visibility of their supply chain management. This accreditation looks at how we operate in the following areas: Finance, Anti-Bribery, Environment, GDPR, Quality Management, Right to Work, Equality, Building Information Modelling, Modern Slavery and References.

ARMED FORCES COVENANT
Gloucestershire County Security signed the Armed Forces Covenant on the 15th November 2019. The Armed Forces Covenant is the Nation's commitment to those in the Armed Forces community. It is a pledge to acknowledge and understand that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces and their families are treated fairly and with respect in their communities, economy and society. Our pledges can be found in the document attached to the Covenant logo.

PTSD APPROVED EMPLOYER
Gloucestershire County Security became a PTSD Approved Employer with Veterans Next Step in 2019. We are committed to providing full support to our employees who may be affected by issues relating to PTSD and we also commit to not discriminate or have preconceptions during our recruitment and interview processes.

ICO
Gloucestershire County Security is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. This is a legal requirement for most businesses. The Data Protection Act requires every data controller who processes personal information to register with the Information Commissioner's Office unless they are exempt.
