The GCS control are extremely versatile and trained to respond and deal with any situation that arises.

Their responsibilities include:
-Customer Service
-Liaising with the Emergency Services
-Job Requests
-Act as a liaison and maintaining the welfare of the Frontline Team
-Receiving Alarm calls and initiating the Alarm Response Procedure

The Control Team operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
The Gloucestershire County Security Frontline Team are the security operatives undertaking licensable activities and are extremely important in the GCS Team performing effectively.

All of our security officers are competent and highly trained to the GCS standard.

The Frontline Team is highly motivated and extremely committed to providing the highest quality service and the best protection possible for your assets.

The Frontline Team along with the whole GCS Team have been vetted exceeding the standards set by British Standards (BS7858) and have also signed the Official Secrets Act 1989. This means we can be trusted with all information provided to us.
